As well as being Slow Food Day, rather appropriately (and in time for the festive season) it is also TOKAJI ASZÚ Day - and the town of Tokaj is celebrating. Top Tokaj wineries encourage you to celebrate and taste on this Sweet Tokaj Day - often in the cellar.
