The next in the regular – and popular – series of Friday night wine tastings in this great wine bar that brought style to wine tasting and stylish wines to Sárospatak when it opened in early summer 2015!

And this weekend is the opening tasting of 2017. It is the turn of Árpád-hegy winery Szerencs, the eastern tip of the wine region, as winemaker Ádám Varkoly comes to present the tasting.

Arrival from 7 pm. This is not a seated tasting but an informal event where your tasting proceeds at your pace. Finished tasting one wine? Then return to the winemaker for the story – and glass – of the next! These Friday nights are extremely popular and the wine bar buzzes with the merry hum of enjoyment and appreciation for wines and each other.

The price of the wine tasting is 1380 HUF which includes 5 wines plus the nibbles – and they are usually both wonderfully imaginative and attractive!
