Running races are becoming ever more popular in the Tokaj Wine Region - either as an extra to an existing festival or, as here, the main event. And this one in the cool of carneval season is all about the fun! The Carneval Run is the funniest community run in the capital of chocolate Szerencs. Prizes for the most creative costumes - but you can also run in normal gear. The most important thing is for all to enjoy themselves - regardless of age, ability or anything else.

Furmint February comes to Tokaj for the fourth time - Furmint Február tasting with the winemakers of the Tokaji Borászok Asztaltársasága. At four venues with eight members, 16 wines and 8 enthusiastic and committed winemakers in the centre of the town of Tokaj. Participating wineries are Benkő, Dobogó, Erzsébet, Hímesudvar, Paulay, Péter, Pinceköz, Tokaj-Hétszőlő.

A weekend of wine, enchantment and friendship in a sparkling mood! Why witchy weekend? Historical sources tell us it was in Tarcal where, in 1100, the Hungarian king Coloman the Learned declared a law prohibiting the persecution of strigae – vampires or mares – because they “do not exist”.
This family-friendly fun weekend is based around folk culture, womanhood and, naturally, wine. Events will be published soon.
