The stylish Boros Wine Bar and Restaurant in Sárospatak continues its new series of events: Winemaker in the Kitchen where winemakers come to create their favourite dishes paired with great wines. Third on the stage is Tamás Gincsai, the young and talented winemaker at Holdvölgy. As well as making wine, Tamás is a keen fisherman, so it’s no surprise his menu is created around fish…
