A new festival in the Sárospatak event diary…
V4 wine festival brings winemakers from the four Visegrad countries to the Cuvée Events House to celebrate and explore wines across borders.

The festival is the closure of the Wine Industry Trade Conference and Festival to be held by Sárospatak Terrace Wine Association in Cuvée Event House in Sárospatak on 29 – 30 July 2016. It is the first time these Visegrad Countries have come together. The first conference day will feature trade sessions and tastings, on second day, on 30th July, all visitors are invited to the recently renovated historic building who are interested in Czech, Slovakian, Polish and Hungarian wine culture and wines.
The seven participating wineries are:
Vezekényi Vinotéka Vozokanská from Slovakia
Winnica Sandomierska, from Poland
Vinařství Piálek & Jäger, a boutique organic winery from Czech Republic
And the members of the local Sárospatak Wine Terrace Association:
Gira, Harsányi, Pajzos-Megyer and Portius.
