A great day out for the family! With stalls, crafts and so much more… to celebrate the famous Hungarian apricot.

This family-friendly event returns to Boldogkőváralja, one of two Hungarian towns famed for its luscious golden fruits. So, put the date in your calendar, bring your friends, and come to the annual Hungarian Apricot Fiesta.

Come jam with us, enjoy concert performances, arts & crafts, competitions, arts and plenty of workshops too. Or just come and hang out with your friends and watch humans being wonderful and beautiful.  The Hungarian Apricot Fiesta is a unique culinary event where visitors can taste traditional and fusion Hungarian food by composed by creative chefs and sip the best pálinkas (special Hungarian type of fruit brandy).

The festival aims to bring together the best restaurants of the county along with artists and crafters with their original works, plus a market place for producers to showcase their homemade cheese, ham, sausage, jam, honey, chocolate and other local delicacies. This little oasis brings the glorious and juicy apricots straight from the orchard to you spiced with celebrity cooking demonstrations and engaging music performances.
