One of Hungary’s first bike and food tours, this three-day trip takes you across the Zemplén from Sárospatak to Hernádszentandrás and back. Culinary treats en route!

Day 1 – 70 km
Sárospatak – Sárazsadány – Tarcal – Sárga Borház – Mád – Tállya – Abaújszántó – Hernádszentandrás
Starting with cheese and Swabian bacon offered by stilt walkers at the start, followed by cheese, wine and honey in Tarcal, and musical bathing and team building in the evening.

Day 2 – 0 km
Bakery and fresh veggies for breakfast from the organic producers in Hernádszentandrás
Lavender harvest, basket making, organic tasting
Lunch of soup and ciabatta, canoeing on the river Hernád
Visit to apiary and talk on healing of honey
Fire and food in the evening

Day 3 – 51 km
Bakery and fresh veggies for breakfast
Hernádszentandrás – Béres Winery in Erdőbénye – Sárospatak

And if you can’t make it for the whole tour, then you can join the group for traditional fish soup and artisans gathering by the river in Sárospatak on the Sunday afternoon.
