Olives. Lemon. Parmesan. Parma ham. Buffalo mozzarella. Not delicacies you might normally associate with the Tokaj wine region. So what does link these delicious ingredients?
The ever-creative Oroszlános Wine Restaurant has come up with another exciting series of events: “A világ minden Tállya”, a lovely play on words. And they would like to bring to Tállya the opportunity to discover international cuisines and wines, with guests, chefs and housewives from outside Hungary for cooking together, wine dinners and courses. Explore flavours and experiences of exquisite small villages in far flung places!
The first journey is to Italy to a small village Amalfi coast village in Campania, southern Italy. Anita and Raffaele Irace bring Mediterranean flavours with wines from the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, real Limoncello from Salerno. Raffaele runs cookery courses in the best local restaurant Buca Di Bacco, Anita, a real Italian mamma, runs a rustic yet modern household.
With the help of our chef Anita will show real Campania eating through the wine dinner. And at the cookery course before, will teach authentic Italian pasta-making techniques. can be attended separately.

Freshly-made pasta? Family and friends are bound to love it! Anita shows how she makes it, sharing her recipes, showing just how to make the perfect pasta and just how many ways it can be formed. The real al dente – and perfect tomato sauce recipe.
The course costs 7 500 Ft, which includes the course, a glass of wine, the recipe book and the pasta to take home.
