“As we the organisers are also the winemakers, we’ve decided in this unusual year to let go of the usual format (entrance fee, tickets, etc.) and the Thursday night event. The winemakers’ gardens – in accordance with the officical rules – will be open!
We ask you to support us by buying a tasting glass here to enable the performances this year. (Expected price 2000 HUF). If you have already bought a ticket for the festival, then naturally we will refund it. We will provide camping this year too. We’ll let you know the programme soon!” (05.05.2020.)

Bor, mámor …Bénye 2020 – for the 12th time!
Great wines, food and company. A brilliant festival in the Tokaj wine region! Some of Hungary’s top artists and musicians have visited and include Kiscsillag, Kerekes Band, Pátkai Rozina, Meszecsinka, Cabaret Medrano, Tóth Viktor, Jónás Vera Experiment. Mainly folk, jazz, blues, world and fusion. We’ll put up the programme as soon as we have it.
And if you fancy leaving the gardens of Erdőbénye winemakers to explore the area, then you can go rowing on the Bodrog or take a bike tour in the Zemplén. Plenty of tastings, talks (some in Polish and English), workshops, events for children. A great way to discover Tokaji wines and Zemplén flavours at around 13 Erdőbénye wineries usually with their favourite restaurants including the region’s classics: Anyukám Mondta, A Boros and Sárga Borház. Plus a couple of top coffee roasters and tea masters!

Accommodation in Erdőbénye generally gets booked fairly quickly. But the organisers open a temporary camping space for those who prefer to stay in beautiful Erdőbénye for the whole festival. See the website for details.
