The vines are still sleeping but we are calling upon the saint of vintners, Vincent. A vine cane will be taken to beside the fireplace to decipher the secrets of the 2017 vintage. This is an invitation to join the “one-hundredfold wine” day and to explore the path of the wine from vineyard to cellar and onto a filled table.
