Premium events for a select group over a weekend of wine tastings, fine dining wine dinners, vineyard tours and time with winemakers. Autumn celebration, (HU: Tokaji Ősz) with Sunday market of local producers, lunch and after-party.

Friday Gala dinner at the Aszú House – Michelin-star restaurants (Borkonyha, Costes, Onyx, Pesti István) with Gusteau create dishes to accompany wines from father and son, István Szepsys in the new Riedel Furmint glass!

Over the weekend events introduce participants to the very best wineries in the region:

Árpád-hegy Pince, Bai István, Balassa István, Barta Pince, Bott Pince, Demeter Zoltán, Demetervin, Disznókő, Gizella Pince, Hétszőlő, Holdvölgy, Homonna Attila, Kvaszinger Borászat, Lenkey Pincészet, Orosz Gábor, Pelle Pince, Szarka Pince, Szent Tamás Vineyard and Winery, Szepsy István, Tokaj-Oremus, Tokaj Nobilis.

Saturday – groups of 20-25 visit paired wineries

Then in the evening Stylish Coutnryside restaurant members (Stílusos Vidéki Éttermiség) provide culinary cerations to accompany the party til dawn in the Education Centre with wine bar from 4 pm. 6 pm SVÉT dinner with Anyukám Mondta (Encs), IKON (Debrecen), Macok Bisztró (Eger), Gusteau Kulináris Élményműhely (Mád). Music, wines, delicious bites and Group’N’Swing concert.

And, to round up this classy weekend, on Sunday a choice of trips around Mád:

– bike to the top of Nyerges Tetőre with István Szepsy Jr
– walk with István Szepsy in Urbán vineyard
– electric jeep in Kakas vineyard to Zoltán Demeter

Then traditional country lunch in Mádi Udvarház. Chicken consomée, breaded pork, potato purée and sour cream cucumbers.
